The Jeff Pearlman Memorial Prize in Taxation Law, provided annually from the annual income of the Jeff Pearlman Memorial Fund after capitalisation in accordance with Senate policy, is awarded by the Board of Examiners in Law to the student with the highest aggregate mark in the following units completed in the same calendar year: LAWS3362 Income Taxation Law and LAWS3363 Taxation of Business Enterprises and Foreign Income.
