The Clive Rogers Prize in Special Needs Dentistry has been established to encourage students to pursue an interest in Special Needs Dentistry because the dental need of the elderly and people with disabilities is an important and growing area of specialisation in the community. 1. The prize consists of the annual income after capitalisation in accordance with Senate policy, on the sum of $5000 provided by Clive Rogers. 2. The prize is awarded annually by the Board of Examiners in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences to the student who has achieved the highest mark in the Special Needs Dentistry component of IDNT4401 Dental Public Health Part 1 and IDNT4402 Dental Public Health Part 2.  |
