W. H. Vincent Prize in Agriculture * [F2120]

1. The W. H. Vincent Prize in Agriculture consists of the annual income after capitalisation, in accordance with Senate policy, on an original sum of £1100, presented by Mr W. H. Vincent in 1923.

2. The prize is awarded by the Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences to the student enrolled in the course for the degree of Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Science), Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Economics), Bachelor of Science (Animal Science), Bachelor of Science (Genetics and Breeding) or Bachelor of Science (Horticulture) with the highest weighted average mark calculated from any three of the following units completed in a single calendar year: COMM3303 Science Communication for Change in Industry and Community; STAT3301 Biometrics 2; SCIE3366 Project and Risk Management; ANIM3306 Animal Production; ECON3300 Agricultural Economics and Marketing; PLNT3301 Plant Physiological Ecology; SCIE3303 Organic Agriculture and Horticulture; SCIE3351 Integrated Pest Management: Tactics and Strategies.
